1. What is a cookie
A cookie is a small file placed on your device by the site you visit. ActifZ Lead also uses similar browser storage (local storage and session storage), subject to the same principles.
2. Strictly necessary cookies and storage
These are essential for the service to work and do not require your consent: keeping your sign-in session (Supabase authentication, cookies whose name starts with “sb-”, kept for the session and renewed while you stay signed in); the interface language you chose (cookie “actifz_langue”, one year); for an ActifZ administrator, the client being assisted in support mode (cookie “atlas_impersonating_org_id”, for the session); and, in the browser’s session storage, the fact that a screen guide was already shown.
3. Analytics and advertising
ActifZ Lead sets no analytics or advertising cookie and embeds no third-party tracking tool (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel). The public pages set no cookie until you sign in, except the language if you change it.
4. Meta and WhatsApp
When a professional connects their number through Meta’s window (Embedded Signup), Meta opens that window and sets its own cookies on its domain, under its policy. ActifZ Lead does not read those cookies.
5. Managing your consent
Since no cookie subject to consent is set, there is no banner. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies; the service will then no longer be able to keep you signed in.
6. Transfers outside Morocco
The service’s server is hosted by Vercel and the data by Supabase in the European Union. See the privacy policy for the applicable safeguards.
