4. Nature of the service
ActifZ Lead is professional software for real estate developers: it receives their WhatsApp enquiries, answers them through the Zenith assistant or a salesperson, qualifies leads, schedules visits and passes files to their management system. The assistant’s replies are general information based on what the professional entered; they do not bind the professional and do not replace the advice of a notary, a lawyer or a bank.
5. Intellectual property
The structure of ActifZ Lead, its interface, visual identity, software, databases, templates, texts, graphics and logos belong to ACTIFZ REALITY SARL and are protected by the applicable intellectual property law. The conditions of their use are detailed in the terms of use.
6. Liability
ACTIFZ REALITY SARL is responsible for providing its own services under the applicable regulations. It cannot be held liable for acts, commitments or information that belong exclusively to a professional using the service, to a lead or to a third-party source (including Meta’s WhatsApp platform). These limitations are detailed in the terms of use.
7. Personal data
ActifZ Lead processes personal data in accordance with the applicable Moroccan law, in particular Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The processing, retention periods and your rights are described in the privacy policy; how to delete, change or access your data is described in the deletion procedure.

ActifZ Lead uses cookies and similar technologies needed for it to work. They are described in the cookie policy.
